Every year I like to make a playlist to celebrate fall. It’s a time where I find myself going for long walks among colorful trees, feeling a bit of grief for the gradual loss of daylight. But it’s also a time for welcoming the start of a new routine or feeling excited for the holiday season. As the weather starts to chill I find myself craving warmer guitar tones and more textured sounds; gentle finger-picking and blankets of gazey resonance. Here are some of my favorite songs to listen to this time of year.
